Southern Downs Regional Council provides a wide range of resources and services to residents through its libraries. Books, magazines, videos, DVDs, CDs, CD-ROMs, games & jigsaws (depending on location) are all available for loan on presentation of a current library membership card.

Libraries are located in Allora, Stanthorpe and Warwick with a mobile library servicing Dalveen, Emu Vale, Karara, Killarney, Leyburn, Maryvale, Pratten, Wheatvale and Yangan.
