Offers suitably endorsed and closing with the undersigned at 2pm on Wednesday 21 January 2009 are hereby invited for the purchase of the following used plant from Council’s fleet:-

Offers may be submitted for the above plant listed on an “as is” basis at the time of acceptance.
Copies of the Offer Forms are available from Council's website www.southerndown.qld.gov.au. or phone (07) 4661 0401 Offers must be made on the forms provided. A security deposit of $2,000 is required for each offer.
Inspection of the plant can be arranged by contacting the Plant Officer, Mr Ian Fletcher, Engineering Department on (07) 4661 0401.
The highest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted.
