Offers suitably endorsed and closing with the undersigned at 2pm on Wednesday 20 May 2009 are hereby invited for the purchase of the following used plant from Council's fleet:-

Offers may be submitted for either or both of the above forklifts listed on an "as is" basis at the time of acceptance.

Copies of the Offer Forms are available at no charge from the Southern Downs Regional Council Customer Service counter at 64 Fitzroy Street, Warwick or phone (07) 4661 0401, you can also download a copy from www.southerndowns.qld.gov.au.  Offers must be made on the forms provided.  A security deposit of $2,000 is required for each offer.

Inspection of the forklifts can be arranged by contacting the Plant Officer, Mr Ian Fletcher, Engineering Department on (07) 4661 0401.

The highest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted.
